MARCS ‘ALL I WANT FOR CHRISTMAS’ COMPETITION
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Instructions on how to enter form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participating in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Entry is open to Australian & New Zealand residents aged 18 years or above only. Employees of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
2. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process). Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter's discretion.
3. Promotional period commences at 08.30am AEST on 21/11/11 and closes at 11.59pm AEST on 27/11/11. The Promoter’s decision in relation to all aspects of this promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
4. To enter, entrants must go to http://www.facebook.com/MARCSClothing, and ‘tell us in 25 words or less why this is on your wish list’ to be eligible to enter. One entry per person per day.
5. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
6. The competition winner will be drawn at random from the pool of eligible entrants. The competition draw will take place at 219-231 Botany Road, Waterloo, 2017, on 22/11/11, 23/11/11, 24/11/11, 25/11/11, 28/11/11 and will begin at 10am. The winner will be notified via email and then their name will be posted on the Marcs Facebook wall,

7. The total prize pool is valued at $1,917.
The winning entry every day will be deemed the prize winner and will receive the Marcs Gift they have voted for.
8. The competition winner must respond to the Promoter within seven days of being notified of their prize to claim their prize and arrange delivery/collection. The prize does not include any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize. These are the responsibility of the winner.
9. The Promoter accepts no responsibility, and shall not be liable for any loss incurred in the event that the prize is lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way, once delivered to the winner. If for any reason whatsoever the winner is unable to redeem the prize as stated then the winner will forfeit their prize and will not receive another prize or cash in lieu of this prize. The prize cannot be used in Marcs Standalone stores to be exchanged for another product or refunded for cash.
10. The prize is valued in Australian dollars. Prize values are the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and are correct at time of printing.
11. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law to (a) disqualify any entrant; and/or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
