We take great pride in the quality of MARCS garments, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase we will assist you with a refund or exchange.
A returned item purchased on-line must be returned unworn, unwashed and have the original tags still attached within 14 days of order date. Please post your return to the address below and include the receipt and indicate the reason for your return. Refunds will be credited against your original method of purchase, excluding delivery charges.
For your convenience items purchased on-line by Australia domestic customers may be returned for exchange or refund at MARCS stores under the above conditions. This excludes David Jones and Myer concession stores. The receipt and the card used to make the original purchase must be presented with the return. Find your nearest store store.
Should you wish to exchange your purchase for a different size or colour please enclose with your original purchase a postage paid, self addressed bag sufficient to send your new item. A correctly sized pre-paid Express Post bag is sufficient. All postage costs are covered by the customer. If stock is no longer be available to exchange for colour or size, a refund will be made crediting your original method of payment per above 'Returns or Refunds' conditions.
